The Moravia Central School District is proud to offer a complete range of small and large concert ensembles at the highest level of performance for all students grades 4 through 12, from our three ensembles at the Elementary school to our fine Jazz Band, including the Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and the Moravia Blue Devils Marching Band. Students from the every concievable grade are involved in and touched by the services provided by the Moravia Central School Bands. Our ensembles and directors have earned regional, state, and local recognition.

Centrally located in the midst of the Finger Lakes, the Moravia Central School District is primarily rural with a strong agricultural base. The district is ideally located near the cities of Auburn, Cortland and Ithaca; Syracuse and Binghamton are a one hour drive. Each hosts a number of theaters, museums, and musical offerings.Moravia is also close to a number of institutions of higher education, including several community colleges, SUNY Cortland, Syracuse University, Cornell University, SUNY Binghamton, Wells College, Ithaca College, and LeMoyne College.
